Job Description

What you get to do every day:

  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

  • Maintaining MPG-s GovCloud/Commercial Service/Sales Cloud instances, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.

  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.

  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.

  • Developing new and maintaining existing flows and other automation.

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.

  • Integrating Salesforce with third-party add-in solutions.

  • Supporting external systems integration.

  • Meeting with project managers to determine Customer Relationship Management (CRM) needs.

  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

  • Creating timelines and development goals.

  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application.

  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.

  • Writing documentation and providing technical training for Salesforce users.

  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the Salesforce Application.

Qualifications

US Citizenship, Public Trust Eligibility Required

What skills are required for the role?

  • Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineeringor 4 years of relevant experience

  • 3+ years of experience administrating Salesforce

  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.

  • Advanced knowledge of Audience Engagement (Pardot) within Salesforce

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM Analytics

  • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.

  • Proficient in Apex, CSS, GIT, HTML, JavaScript, Lightning, Native, SOQL, and VisualForce.

  • Working knowledge of Visual Studio Code, MavensMate, or Eclipse.

  • Ability to problem-solve high-level software and application issues.

  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.

  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.

What skills are ideal?

  • Salesforce Certified Developer Certification

  • Salesforce Certified Admin Certification

  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer

  • SDLC Experience

This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
