Salesforce Administrator, Business Operations - Los Angeles

A great company in the healthcare industry is looking for someone to join their team in the greater Los Angeles area who has strong experience in Business Operations as well as Salesforce administration. This person will be responsible for overseeing the business operations of a team of healthcare workers and developing workflows within the Sales and Service clouds to assist with the efficiency of these operations. This is a full time, permanent opportunity that will be fully on-site.

The day-to-day:

• Develop a strategy for increasing the efficiency of business operations
• Create and test workflows, automations, customizations on Sales and Service cloud orgs
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
• Creating innovative operational solutions based on data analytics from Salesforce, etc.
• Lead operations for health care professionals in daily appointment flow
• Manage operations process through Salesforce Sales and Service cloud orgs

Qualifications:

• Prior business operations experience, preferably in the healthcare or similar industry
• Very comfortable creating workflows and automations in Salesforce org
• Demonstrated history of Salesforce Administration and user management
• Hands-on experience translating business operations strategy to solutions architecture
• Experience with field services management preferred
• Salesforce Administrator certification required
