The BASIS Ed Fundraising Department is looking for a Salesforce Administrator/Matching Gifts Coordinator to join their team ASAP. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with three in-office days and an option to work remotely the other two. Position SummaryThe role of the Salesforce Administrator is to oversee and support the fundraising and development activities to expand our funding base. Through management of the Salesforce database, the administrator will be deeply engaged with the fundamental processes that drive philanthropy and make a significant impact in our school community. They are expected to manage Salesforce updates, maintain donation accuracy, and develop robust reports to support continued philanthropic growth. This role requires working with school staff, school management, and the finance and accounting departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of donation data.Essential FunctionsEnsure that all fundraising and development activities are in alignment with our mission and code of ethics.Support the internal management and execution of initiatives to expand our funding base.Conduct donor research and maintain the central donor database.Maintain the CRM system to accurately reflect accounting reports.Provide accurate Salesforce reports to facilitate production of all print and digital marketing communication materials.Oversee the recording and tracking of donor invoices, acknowledgement correspondence, mass mailings, etc.Act as a resource for matching and third-party giving policies, procedures, and processes.Maintain third party giving profiles (i.e. United Way, CyberGrants, Benevity)Administrative support: generate mailings, respond to correspondence, send follow-up communications, and enter data into the CRM system in support of all BASIS Charter School campuses.Work diligently and with great responsiveness to ensure high quality and timeliness of work.Other duties as assigned.Position QualificationsOrganized – Ability to develop and maintain order while documenting, filing and coordinating tasks.Communication – Effectively convey information both verbally and in writing.
