The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to the daily administration and support of Salesforce and FinancialForce platform solutions. This essential team member selected will be a key part of the development and changes with the Salesforce and FinancialForce platform solution. They will be working with management to end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, automation, and data validation. You will create application requirements by working with management staff, developers, and planners. You will also manage the testing process, which includes devising test plans and creating test cases. A big part of this position is keeping up to date with new Salesforce and FinancialForce features and providing recommendations for process improvements.
