Position Summary

Arrow eGaming is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team of professionals. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure its optimal performance and functionality. You will work closely with various stakeholders and teams to streamline business processes, enhance user experience, and drive productivity. This is an on-site role located in our global corporate headquarters.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and data management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports to meet business needs.
  • Create and maintain user roles, profiles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and system access.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data quality, data governance, and data migration.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, and evaluate their potential impact on our organization.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Requirements

Experience and Education

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and data management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks such as creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and declarative development.
  • Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and data quality management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
