Description
Our client is a medium sized insurance company with around 300-500 employees headquartered in Waltham, MA. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their IT team and support thier growing business. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for subject matter expert across multiple complex Salesforce instances and actively collaborate with business stakeholders to design and build solutions that meet strategic needs.
You should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with the appropriate Salesforce certifications. You should also have strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as a self-starter personality that can work independently and proactively. This is a contract to hire role and with full remote flexibility looking for this individual to travel once a quarter on- sight. Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelors degree in a related field with 2-3 years of Salesforce admin/ development experience
-Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting of complex issues.
-Ability to work on enterprise level systems with a wide range of end users and multiple teams/business units
-Work in the Salesforce.com development environment which includes custom objects, workflows, flows, triggers, migration tools, SOQL and REST-based web services using Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and related technology components.
-Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies (planning, daily scrum, retrospectives, etc.) to analyze business and technology requirements and outline proposed solutions
-Assist SF Administrator in user support, data processes, security, workflow, system audits, etc.
