General Summary and Purpose:
The Salesforce Administrator I will play a vital role at BioLife Solutions by developing and supporting solutions to business
problems within the Salesforce platform at BioLife. This person has a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and
can quickly understand both its current configuration and BioLife's business objectives in order to quickly identify and
implement areas for improvement. The Salesforce Administrator I will own all aspects of user management including
support tickets, training, and providing solutions to deliver excellent support to BioLife's internal customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions,
    public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields,
    page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards,
    and reports.
  • Sandbox environment management.
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimize
  • Triage and efficiently resolve internal customer support tickets.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • Conduct new user and ongoing user training and develop user guides as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 1+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with
    Sales and/or Service Cloud.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience in a SOX controlled environment, specifically with change management and process controls.
  • Strong time management skills: ability to manage multiple projects to deadline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience translating user requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience resolving user support requests.
  • High School Diploma/GED

Job Specifications:

  • Experience with CPQ.
  • Demonstrates a desire for personal/professional development.
  • Experience with integrating third party applications.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree with equivalent experience preferred

The US base salary range for this position at full-time is $65,000 - $85,000 per year. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, location, and market competitive benchmarks. Individual pay within a level is determined by work location (including geographic pay zone region), job related skills, experience, education, and training.
