Summary

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play an important role in the Platform Solutions & Engineering Team within Morgan & Morgan. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Salesforce platform and will thrive when partnered with a product manager to design and build Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, data management, and system customization
  • Implement automation in Salesforce using Flows
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and support for users on Salesforce platform and automation processes

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and ability to implement them
  • Experience with Salesforce automation, including flows and other automation tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Salesforce certification(s) is a plus

Compensation: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 + Benefits | DOE
