Provide implementation expertise, ongoing enterprise support and internal application training for BSI’s software.


  • Undergraduate degree – IS major preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working as Salesforce Administrator
  • This position is subject to a background check
  • implementation experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities that resulted in successful deployments to production
  • Business analysis and software development knowledge
  • implementation experience preferred
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented design principles preferred
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented; analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Classic to Lightning conversion
  • Experience with add-on applications such as billing or contract management a plus
  • SQL, Java, Oracle, SOAP or XML knowledge a plus
  • Financial, accounting and/or HR applications background a plus
