Our client is a well respected healthcare company headquartered in Northern NJ is looking to hire a motivated Salesforce Administrator who is looking to grow and expand their skill set.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90,000 – $120,000

Position Overview:

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for participate in change management, build training programs, create dashboards, handle automation, etc. This role will work collaboratively with technical teams within Salesforce and IT departments to implement new solutions and improve existing processes utilizing the platform.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Administrator:

  • Help define business process requirements for the implementation design on the platform
  • Develop a training program for the Salesforce rollout
  • Own the reporting and dashboard roadmap for the system
  • Support and train end-users
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Business Stakeholders and IT
  • Remain current with Salesforce releases and evaluate and recommend new feature and functionality where feasible

Qualifications for the Salesforce Administrator:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Must have Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Hands-on experience configuring applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and work collaboratively with a small project team
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; preferably in Computer Science or Business
