In this position...

Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, the Salesforce Admin - CRM Analytics will be the "go to" individual for our Integrated Services and Ford Pro Sales teams to create meaningful reports and dashboards in Salesforce Standard and CRM Analytics reports, to support data driven decision making on all levels of the company.


What you'll do...

  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Best practices direction and implementation approaches for content governance, processes, version control, and UI consistency within CRMA
  • Ability to translate reporting requirements from various sources - including standard Salesforce reports/dashboards and excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to translate common pain points with standard out-of-box Salesforce reporting abilities into user friendly interfaces within CRMA
  • Foundational understanding of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud data models - including standard objects related to common products/features (i.e. CPQ, Live Chat and Customer Portals)
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
  • Mentor and coordinate the development efforts of other CRMA Developers.
  • Conduct training and shadowing to develop the teams business insights


You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and CRMA Development
  • Experience creating interactive and advanced CRMA dashboards, with a large number of complex data transformations.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
  • Advanced proficiency using SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
  • Experience with Agile Salesforce & Analytics Development Practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting demos to various business units within Ford Pro

  • 3+ years in any Salesforce CRM application process experience highly preferred
  • Tableau CRMA & Einstein Discovery Certification preferred
  • Copado experience a plus
