How you’ll make a difference:
You’ll accelerate our Sales teams by enabling & supporting business processes using Salesforce and other third party tools. You will be the contact point for Salesforce and related Sales & Store systems and will drive user adoption. You’ll be a significant contributor to the Technology Platforms team by providing a “WOW” experience to team members by delivering high-quality deployments, ongoing support and continuous enhancements.
What you’ll do:
Our Technology Platforms team works proactively to solve challenges associated with a growing, high-volume, customer-driven ecommerce and retail business. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, Service and Store teams to drive Salesforce and related systems that enable strong customer relationships. You’ll enable and support cross-channel synergies through automation and workflow optimizations to improve Sales and Stores team productivity. You’ll help evaluate existing sales processes, determine potential Salesforce enabled enhancements, and help implement those enhancements.
We’ll look to you as our Salesforce contact to provide recommendations on roadmaps, consult on increasing system ROI, and partner on identifying and build capabilities that drive growth & improve productivity.

You complete your assigned tasks in a timely manner. You work hand in hand with SALES
You demonstrate ownership of solutions delivered by identifying opportunities via partnerships, driving them to completion and provide support to our internal teams proactively as well as reactively
What we’re looking for:
Strong verbal & written communication, collaboration and influence skills
Organized team player with strong problem solving skills & attention to details
Ability to analyze data to find insights, think through problems & recommend solutions
3+ years experience in administering SalesCloud Lightning for 250+ users
Experience with setting up complex sharing rules, profiles, workflows, territory management, roles and permission sets
Create custom objects, custom formulas and scalable triggers
3+ years of Data analysis (using Salesforce SOQL/reporting, SQL and other data tools)
Service cloud experience will be nice to have
Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (or equivalent experience) preferred
Some scripting experience would be a bonus (visualforce, lighting components etc)
Strong experience in collaborating with software engineers to test and deliver integrations
