Description

This Financial Services company is moving off of Dynamics and implementing Salesforce from scratch, going live with Salesforce in December 2023. They need an SME in Salesforce who can hit the ground running to act as the Administrator and Business Systems Analyst who is a certified admin in Salesforce Marketing, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. They will pair with the stakeholders and product owners doing the detailed analysis, gathering requirements, and writing user stories. Ideally, they will help write business processes with the business on how to perform their roles using Salesforce, so it would be a bonus if this individual had OCM and training experience. This is a very critical role, as they will set the tone for the entire bank based upon their knowledge and experience. Right now they are on sales cloud, but they need someone who is an expert in SFMC from a BSA perspective.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owner to gather and refine requirements.

Work on creating Epics and features and authoring user stories within Azure DevOps.

Run metrics on the Azure DevOps board

Create and manage documents such as business workflows, data maps, training manuals, etc.

Experience with the deployment of custom objects in Sales cloud using Azure CI/CD pipelines.

The BSA will work with business to create, execute, support and measure email marketing.

Build customer journeys with Salesforce Journey builder.

Ensure SFMC offers a user-centric data experience that allows marketing team to effectively convert customers through campaign strategies.

Track historical marketing campaigns to provide benchmarks, evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing campaigns.

Should have excellent knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools like email studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Campaign builder, Automation Studio, Analytics Builder and good to have some knowledge for Mobile Studio and Social Studio.

Have knowledge of programming languages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specify to AMPscript and SQL (and Query Studio experience).

Have knowledge developing and maintaining custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows and approval process etc.

Create and manage user roles, profiles, permission sets and security settings.

Design and create reports, dashboards and flows to automate business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Salesforce Marketing Cloud toolset (not hands on configuration)converting business requirements into technical requirements from a BSA skillset/perspective

10+ years of experience with Salesforce

BSA over a salesforce implementation from scratch

Certifications: Salesforce BSA certified, admin certified (level 2 or 3)

Need someone who is assertive, great presentation skills

Experience integrating Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud

In SFMC someone who has done the technical configurations: journey builder,

PROVEN track record in Salesforce

Agile methodology

Assertive, great presentation skills

Advanced Administration certification

DevSecOps, Azure DevOps (adhering to DevSecOps guidelines)

Ensuring the team is prioritizing efforts keeping securities in mind.
