We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Document Tester with Salesforce experience to join our dynamic team.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our document management systems, with a focus on Salesforce integration.

Job Description:
As a QA Document Tester with Salesforce experience, you will be responsible for testing and validating various document management systems and their integration with Salesforce. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that documents are accurately created, stored, and retrieved within the Salesforce platform. This role involves a combination of manual and automated testing

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning:

• Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand document management requirements within Salesforce.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of document-related functionality.

Test Execution:

• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of document management features in Salesforce.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues or usability problems.

Salesforce Integration Testing:

• Verify data synchronization between Salesforce and document management systems.
• Ensure that documents are correctly associated with the relevant records in Salesforce.
• Validate the accuracy of document metadata and permissions.

Automation:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive and critical test cases.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes.

Documentation:

• Create clear and concise test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Maintain documentation up to date and ensure it reflects the current testing status.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on testing objectives.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide regular status updates on testing progress.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of QA Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Tester, preferably with a focus on Salesforce integration testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its integration capabilities.
• Experience with document management systems and related concepts.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
