Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with various internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to ensure that the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance

* Manage the development of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, stakeholder requirements and company goals

* Interact directly with stakeholders as necessary to analyze project objectives and business needs

* Participate in design, development, testing and documentation of scalable, high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform optimizing declarative functionality as needed to support a successful project outcome

* Oversee the creation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for all project requests

* Communicate with stakeholders and developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

* Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project including identification of project risk

* Reviews deliverables prepared by the IT team before passing to stakeholder

* Act as a key contact for stakeholder communication during the project lifecycle including weekly project updates

Day to Day:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join their team. This team supports all business units within the company and the PM will be meeting with internal stakeholders to understand their project and what they are trying to accomplish. We are looking for a PM who can make Salesforce-specific suggestions to the stakeholders' dependent on what is best for their initiative and end goal.

Must Haves:

* 6 + years of Salesforce PM experience

* SFDC Advanced Administration Certification OR SFDC App Builder Certification

* Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision

* Excellent organizational skills & detail oriented

* Strong communication

* Agile experience


* Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
