Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in office / 3 days at home weekly

Travel Requirements: 4 weeks per year

Job Summary

PatientPoint is seeking a Salesforce Operations Engineering Manager to oversee the administration of key systems supporting the organization's overall operational business processes and related projects. Work with internal customers such as Provider Solutions, Field Operations, Product, Content, etc. Gather requirements for improvement projects and then execute those projects. Work with a combined team of Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to keep processes automated and efficient.

The Salesforce Operation Manager will be responsible to manage a team of certified Salesforce Developer as well as maintain and improve Salesforce SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) which includes code repository, deployment methods, CI (Continuous Integration) processes, etc.

What You'll Do

  • Act as Technical Product Owner for specific operational areas of the Salesforce platform
  • Analyze, design, and implement business process improvements, projects and changes across operations departments, preparing detailed project plans with timelines and budget.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to integrate systems, manage implementation, training options and support.
  • Coordinate efforts and dependency matrixes with other Salesforce team functional managers, product owners, and architects.
  • Administer and manage configuration of key Salesforce development tools and related processes.
  • Maintain and improve Salesforce SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) related processes and systems
  • Provide clear direction, coaching and support to the team; enable career development while managing performance.
  • Facilitate team stand-ups, planning, and review meetings as Functional Manager
  • Build trust and alignment across the organization and between teams. Support a culture of responsibility and pride in quality.

What We Need

  • 4+ years of Business Systems related experience.
  • 3+ years leading technical teams
  • 3+ years of experience working with SFDC
  • A proven functional/technical professional with at least 1 full lifecycle salesforce.com implementation
  • Knowledgeable deploying, customizing, and maintaining CRM's systems.
  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and project management to understand requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
  • Thorough understanding of software architecture and object-oriented design
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology field or equivalent number of years of experience.
  • Experience working within Scrum is required.
  • Project Management and planning experience with tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.
  • Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC (for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, SFDC data loaders, etc.)
  • Experience with integration platforms like Mulesoft, Boomi, etc. and API management
  • Experience with JavaScript, SFDC Communities, Field Services Lighting, SF Lightning a plus
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II a plus)

Base Salary Band: $129,832-$183,000
