conseri is partnered with our client on a Lead Salesforce Developer role that will be essential in continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for the organization. The Salesforce environment serves as the operational hub for sales and support which requires cutting edge technology solutions. The Lead Salesforce Developer will drive solutions and collaboration while working alongside a team of Administrators and Developers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.
• Create custom User Interfaces, including Visualforce/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
• Build API Integrations (SOAP & REST) using middleware tools.
• Work with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and UI Designers to gather business requirements.
• Collaborate with Administrators/Developers on other systems to integrate across the business.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
• Provide support by troubleshooting production automation issues as needed.
• Evaluate the organizational impacts of future Release Updates.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce product knowledge and 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• General web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices.
• Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications.
• Ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.
