Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a diverse stakeholder group in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support.

  • Designing, developing, debugging, and modifying components of existing SFDC applications and supporting technologies.

  • Translating business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs.

  • Participation in daily stand-ups to provide updates and maintain transparency within the group and across business stakeholders.

  • Participation in architecture and design discussions to promote consistency to development best practices.

  • Participation in peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across the platform.

  • Troubleshooting and driving resolution of bugs/issues.

  • Contributing technical insight to daily support issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of previous development experience with Salesforce.com .

  • Responsible for leading and managing the salesforce developer team.

  • Preferably certified in Salesforce Admin, Developer, App Builder.

  • Experience with omni-channel is a huge plus.

  • Experience with AI or automation is a huge plus.

  • Experience with Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning.

  • Experience with maintaining the SF platform, such as, release updates, optimizer findings, tech debt w.r.t. obsolete API versions, etc.

  • Experience in technical analysis and object-oriented programming.

  • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture.

  • Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench, Tooling API).

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain deadlines.

United States - Virtual Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $85,000 to $170,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
