Job Purpose

Lead Platform Architect is responsible for enabling the key technology platforms in the company. The focus of this role will be solutioning, designing and building out the new Salesforce lightning finance cloud in preparation for the expanded usage across multiple departments.

Jackson is in the process of rolling out the next generation Salesforce lightning version of the finance cloud (migrating from Classic) for a CRM solution across the Sales, Marketing and Operations departments, to manage sales enablement processes and to provide consistent customer services. The Salesforce architect will lead the technical solutions and configurations of the platform for enterprise-wide consumption and will report in Jackson’s JET/IT department.

This role will bring in Salesforce design and implementation specialization, equipped with working experience, industry best practices, pragmatic solution approaches and in-depth technical know-how in order to successfully deliver the short-term and long-term technology roadmaps for the enterprise. The individual will work with the CRM stakeholders, delivery teams and vendor resources to mentor and guide them throughout the implement life cycles.

Other important aspects of this role are the leadership qualities, interpersonal soft skills, ability to understand company’s business, strategic priorities, architectural vision, data management roadmaps, cross department initiatives and apply them to further refine the CRM solutions.
