Lead Enterprise Architect Salesforce
This role offers hybrid options for locations surrounding Riverwoods, IL!!
In this Lead Salesforce Enterprise Architect role, you will play in the big picture looking at design from end to end. Your focus will be complex Salesforce environments in US; You will work with various business partners, projects managers, functional analysts, system analysts, quality assurance and production support teams to deliver on various initiatives supporting SFDC implementations and setting up the Salesforce.com support competence center.
In this role you will serve as a point of escalation for technical issues as well as provide technical direction to an Agile software development team.

The experience we look forward to you having:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience in Salesforce Architecture, Consulting, Software Development, and Business Analysis, including:
Salesforce architect certification(s)
Strong understanding of database design concepts, data migration and data integration
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with the software development lifecycle (e.g., Waterfall, Agile), including continuous integration environments.
Demonstrating organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
Strong communication skills including the ability to describe technical concepts to non-technical audiences
