Junior Salesforce System Administrator

Position Summary: In this individual contributor role, you will have ownership of all critical Salesforce.com processes that are key to Travel Media Group's ongoing success. You will work alongside Operations, Sales, Marketing and Product leaders to achieve the highest level of service and solution development on the platform.

The responsibilities of the Salesforce System Administrator include

  • Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration
  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Maintain the sales and service cloud modules, as well as build custom reports and dashboards
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
  • Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Prepare reports for sales and other departments
  • Programmatically design, develop, test, and iterate workflows in Salesforce
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution designs
  • Play a key role in identifying emerging technology solutions that aligns with business needs and operational efficiencies.
  • Managing and Troubleshooting multi-system integrations and syncs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Modules
  • Experience with OwnBackup, Data Loader, Passage Technology, Pardot
  • Experience setting up and maintaining Workflow Automation and Cadences
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline preferred
  • Experience may substitute for education on a year for year basis
  • Exemplify creative problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively plan realistic and achievable short-term and long-term activities/goals
  • Proficiency in disseminating information and sharing knowledge at various levels within the company
  • Strong cultural and organizational sensitivity
  • Commitment to a high-performance culture
  • Must exhibit a positive, cooperative, and friendly attitude, especially under pressure
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
  • Hospitality vertical experience a plus
