Who you are:

We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator who is looking to advance in their Salesforce career by joining a high-performing sales operations team. In this role you’ll have exposure to a wide range of projects and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact each day. Collaborative and curious by nature, you value the power of collective brainstorming and believe that agility and adaptability are keys to success. You're ready to roll up your sleeves, learn from every opportunity, and assist in day-to-day Salesforce administration, supporting Hometap’s growth and success.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Administrator and Sales Operations Analysts to support Salesforce initiatives – understand requirements, assist in defining scope, and ensure timelines are met
  • Identify and address system errors – review case errors and understand the root cause of issues to suggest a fix or improvement
  • Assist the Sales Operations Analysts in root cause analysis (RCA) for internal support cases
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce Releases – learn about the major Salesforce releases each year, understand and identify new features that would be useful for the team, and support in any required configuration changes
  • Assist with Salesforce deployments across different sandbox organizations and ensure a smooth transition of changes
  • Contribute to regular security checks to ensure our organization remains compliant with the latest security settings and policies
  • Learn best practices for building Flow automation
  • Sandbox Management – with guidance, help in refreshing and configuring our sandbox environments and ensure they remain in sync with our main system
  • Document project progress and maintain technical documentation related to changes in Salesforce processes

What you'll bring:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (SCA)
  • 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related role
  • Technical Proficiency: knowledge of Salesforce components like custom objects, validation rules, and Lightning App Builder
  • Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration across teams
  • Problem-solving: a knack for troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively
