Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, is currently in search of a talented and driven Junior Salesforce Administrator to become an integral part of our team and contribute to the enhancement of our Salesforce.com platform. As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will collaborate closely with our Account teams and report directly to the Sales Operations Manager.
For this position, residency in the DMV area is required. The work schedule entails 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Configuration and Maintenance
- Assist in the configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform
- Learn to configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, and installed packages within Salesforce.com
Security and Access Management
- Support the maintenance of user roles and profiles, security settings, and access settings (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security) to ensure data confidentiality and integrity
- Learn to implement change control processes and best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity
Requirements Gathering and Solution Proposals
- Collaborate with experienced Salesforce Administrators and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Salesforce functionality
- Assist in translating approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
Data Management
- Learn to manage data imports, perform database de-duplication, and assist with data cleanup activities
- Contribute to ensuring data quality and integrity within Salesforce.com
Integration Management
- Provide support for the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com, including Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) and other relevant systems
- Collaborate with experienced administrators to identify production risks, areas for improvement, and enhancements to facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with the Business Operations team to provide support in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes
- Collaborate with experienced administrators, Information Technology, and other business stakeholders to maintain high levels of data integrity and operational reliability
Training and Documentation
- Learn to develop and implement training programs for end-users
- Assist in creating and maintaining training materials, guides, and documentation related to Salesforce.com business applications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a relevant field
- 1+ year of experience with Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the role of a Salesforce Administrator
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- US Citizen

Salary Range: $55K-$80K plus merit bonus plan
The anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
