Job Description:
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for improving business processes and supporting critical business strategies by developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce to enable business groups to effectively utilize and improve operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administration of Salesforce including but not limited to: User creation, Profile/Permission Set creation and maintenance, creating custom fields, creating custom reports, Manage multiple subsidiaries in a single org, Dashboard development, Visualforce page development
- Implement\Support fixed assets module.
- Support multiple implementation projects as necessary
- Provide progress reports to Sr. Applications Manager/Manager Operations Applications as well as Upper Management.
- Work with Accounting Dept. to bring processes in line with best practices and SOX compliance.
- Work with Operations and Sales to develop flows to increase efficiency.
- Create, Optimize, Troubleshoot Salesforce flows
- Provide end user training in an on-going basis, as well as post go-live.
- Provide support with integration software
- Maintain regular IT help desk support tickets
- Assist in documenting all existing processes and future developments
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 Years??? Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
