Position:

Title: IT Engineer - Salesforce CPQ Developer

Preferred Location: Remote/Home Office

What you will do:

• Responsible for re-defining Riverbeds quote-to-cash processes which includes simplification of existing workflows and implementation of Salesforce CPQ
• Responsible to design solutions that leverage Salesforce CPQ best practices and OOTB features to the possible extent.
• Responsible for development in Salesforce CPQ platform using Object Oriented design methodologies, Workflow, Process Builders, Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Apex Triggers, Web Services/SOA and related components.
• Develop functional and technical requirement specifications working cross-functionally to develop automation and integration solutions in Salesforce.
• Lead business discussions with respect to design, requirements gathering and develop user stories.
• Identify the Salesforce CPQ platform best practices for integration, application development, deployment, data integrity & ongoing enhancements.
• Explore the managed packages, solutions for the business requirements and run proof of concepts for the business use cases and drive the conversations with the vendors with respect to the customizations if any needed specific to the org, implementation working on the development and SMEs as required.
• Responsible for building the DevOps (CI/CD) for Salesforce CPQ platform

What makes you an ideal candidate:

• 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Development Experience (Steelbrick).
• Salesforce CPQ Implementation experience is a must.
• 4-6 years hands-on development/configuration experience on the Salesforce platform using Workflow, Process Builders, Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Web Services/SOA, and related components.
• Experience in Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows, validation rules, sales process setup, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce communities.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Certified Salesforce CPQ specialist is a must.
