If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe IBM Federal Salesforce Program Manager is responsible for the successful planning and delivery of Salesforce Services consulting projects for our Federal clients. The Program Manager will have accountability for the successful delivery of a portfolio of services projects. The Program Manager will collaborate with executive leadership from our clients, program management, Salesforce delivery resources, Federal procurement, HR, and finance to ensure delivery of Salesforce programs on time and on budget. This role is part of the IBM Federal Salesforce Practice senior leadership team and is expected to collaborate with all senior leaders to define and execute the Practice’s mission, strategy, and success. The Program Manager is accountable for the successful end-to-end project delivery of a DoD program within the IBM Federal Salesforce Practice portfolio. This responsibility includes all aspects of project delivery, including areas of technical, solution, methodology, deliverables, personnel, finance, scope, and change management. This person oversees multiple large multidisciplinary delivery teams working across multiple clients and business units. The Program Manager should be able to understand project health status, guide and advise on complex delivery issues, foresee, and mitigate project risks, and escalate and resolve project delivery issues. The Program Manager participates will also be expected to participate in the sales process to validate the deliverability of a given solution and to understand the pipeline of relevant projects, and where staffing or skill gaps exist. The Program Manager is also responsible for the financial success of project delivery by understanding and monitoring project Revenue, Gross Profit, and resource-level profitability to either meet or exceed the established price case targets. Customer satisfaction targets and scores are a key metric for this role. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
