KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Salesforce to join our Global Front Office Transformation group.

Responsibilities

  • Function as the leader for Engage Salesforce platform implementation to manage multiple member firm onboarding and continuous enhancements to elevate the firms' ability to enhance alignment and streamline member firm onboarding to Engage

  • Serve as Salesforce functional lead as a significant contributor to the Front Office Transformation (FOT) program and future sustainment including significant multi-dimensional team and stakeholder management

  • Drive the development and maintenance of supporting technology platforms and other related tools and resources in collaboration with other Governance and Delivery team and Digital Nexus

  • Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients in business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements

  • Understand client business process and potential constraints (budget, timeline, expertise, and more) to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectations

  • Provide guidance and advisory support to project team on implementation approach and complex configuration issues; coordinate with Technical Architects/CTA's, integration, and data consultants, and others, as needed, for specific technical design requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum ten years of recent related Salesforce experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with advanced studies or relevant experience

  • Proficient with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRMA

  • Salesforce Certification in Sales, Service and Marketing domain, preferred

  • Previous experience interacting and negotiating with senior leaders including leading and managing teams

  • Experience in Salesforce platform implementation life-cycle; experience in high-level management of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
