We are currently looking to hire a Director of Sales - Salesforce Solutions & Advisory for an established Salesforce Partner.

The Director of Sales, Salesforce Solutions & Advisory will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and profitability in the Salesforce Solutions & Advisory business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling Salesforce solutions and services to enterprise clients, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Salesforce Solutions & Advisory business
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and partners
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities
  • Provide sales forecasting and reporting to executive management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in selling Salesforce solutions and services to enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate business needs and requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
