Hybrid - Contract Pardot/Salesforce. Must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Our client in Richardson is looking for a SME with strong experience in Pardot and Salesforce. This position is a mid to senior level that will require responsibilities of 60% strategic and 40% hands on.

SME Pardot/Product owner

Tactical in executing and cleaning up Pardot

Hands on configuration

Stabilizing the product to ensure stability

Performing marketing automation

Pardot a must

Salesforce a plus

You will have the resources to be successful as you work with world-class creative teams, savvy digital marketers, a range of strategic teams across the company and best-in-class tools such as Pardot, Salesforce and Smartsheets.

Your day-to-day:

  • Maintain alignment with various business teams such as product, customer retention and sales teams
  • Participate in campaign retrospectives and communicate the effectiveness of the email channel
  • Recommends and implements strategies to achieve marketing goals

What we are looking for:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working as a Pardot SME
  • Experience working with internal sales teams on creative b2b lead generation campaigns
  • Experience working with various strategic business teams
  • Time management and adhering to deadlines
  • QA oriented and attention to detail critical
  • Basic HTML and CSS
  • You can articulate how marketing drives sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability in marketing automation platforms and CRM platforms, Pardot and Salesforce preferred
  • Understand project management best practices. Experience with Smartsheet project management software is a plus
  • CMS experience is a plus, DotCMS preferred
