Description

The Salesforce Systems Administrator is a key member of the business applications team responsible for the development, support and operations of various applications using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities, and related systems at the Client. The Administrator will work closely with our community and vendor partners to support current and future business processes. This role includes technical, administrative and analytical requirements and capabilities. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, training and onboarding of our CRM platform.

Serves as primary system administrator for the Client Salesforce
environment with 100+ users
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account
maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine
tasks
Works with our business applications team to establish suitable
processes to support administrative, development, and change
management activities
Assist in training of new users and the growth of Salesforce skills across
Client
Acts as a liaison between our users, vendors and the business
application development teams
Works independently with members of the Client community to define
and document development requirements
