Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, the CRM Administrator and Enablement Manager will be responsible for our systems and data management, sales training program and process. The CRM Administrator and Enablement Manager will provide daily support of our Salesforce platform to address the needs across all stakeholders and business units within Cofense. This position requires outstanding communication, analytical and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain our Salesforce platform ensuring it meets various organizational and team specific needs
  • Create, document, build and test custom workflows, alerts, objects, and page layouts
  • Maintain user roles and profiles and settings across all business units using Salesforce
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Perform mass data imports as well as mass transfer/re-assignment of records
  • Perform ad hoc data requests
  • Create and maintain documentation on application configuration, use and flow to encourage adoption and proper training/usage
  • Conduct meetings with the different stakeholders and teams utilizing Salesforce to address changing business needs within Cofense
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and our products/applications
  • Coordination with Sales Operations, Legal and Vendor teams to test, implement, train and roll out quote generation and contract management platform
  • Vendor assessment and qualification; third-party product research and implementation post- purchase
  • Manage and support sales training and onboarding program
  • Assist in planning our SKO, regional QBRs, customer visits and sales events
  • Perform sales performance and trend analysis
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

  • Outstanding analytical, communication, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate time and resource constraints

Education and Experience

  • 1-year experience in the IT security space preferred
  • 5+ years Salesforce.com administration
  • Studio/Einstein Analytics, CPQ and SpringCM implementation and management experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Experience in coordination of multiple implementation projects among different teams
