The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing the pipeline of the business. They also have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery and speaking to multiple decision makers.They are the front line of the sales process and spend their days prospecting and cold calling trying to solve the world's biggest social challenges with the best technology and #1 CRM in the world. They are measured by their seamless handoffs of qualified pipeline to our Account Executive Sales team.What Your Day Looks LikeResearch, identify, and steadfastly generate weekly new opportunities in the education verticalMethodically qualify, build, and maintain a sales pipeline; maintain a volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, & social sellingConsistently exceed monthly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing soResponsible for accurately supervising customer interactions and information in SalesforceConduct high level conversations with senior executivesEvangelize Salesforce and the on-demand modelThrive in a continuous changing environment while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachableMinimum QualificationsDegree or equivalent relevant experience required.
