This role focuses on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) aspect of the experience and will play an integral role in helping shape how we view and manage relationships with the customer.
You will work closely with our internal business partners, understanding how we go to market, what information is valuable in making decisions and identifying opportunities enabling change within our organization to transform the way we market products and provide customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Analyst working with and implementing a CRM and should be comfortable working on a dynamic, cross-functional team where they will use their initiative and leadership skills, to discover opportunities and create a cross-division customer experience focused on maximizing value creation for our customers.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
• You will challenge the status quo and lead a focused group to discover what's possible using digital technology to drive a best in class Customer Relationship Management experience across our Building Products businesses.
• You will work with business partners creating value stream maps, process flows and user experiences, which represent current and future state business processes.
• You will facilitate cross-functional team meetings and communications, capturing requirements and combining thoughts/requests into a common cross-divisional solution.
