Seeking a Business Analyst to be a part of our Customer Experience team to drive change in how we think about and interact with our customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Analyst working with and implementing a Salesforces CRM. You should be comfortable working on a dynamic, cross-functional team where you will use their initiative and leadership skills, to discover opportunities and create a cross-division customer experience, focused on maximizing value creation for our customers.
This role focuses on CRM aspect of the experience and will play an integral role in helping shape how we view and manage relationships with the customer. You will work closely with our internal business partners, understanding how we go to the market and identifying opportunities to help transform the way we market products and provide customer service.
