Job Description

Capgemini's Salesforce team in North America is growing and we are looking for leaders to join our adventure. This Industry Tower Lead role is a leadership position reporting to the North America Salesforce Practice Leader. You will be responsible for the sales and delivery of Salesforce projects within a specified industry. As an Industry Tower Lead, the typical portfolio of responsibility represents $10-25M in annual revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a portfolio of projects with matrixed, global consulting teams for enterprise clients. Expertise in one or more of the following industries is strongly preferred: Manufacturing, Automotive, and/or Life Sciences.

Delivery:

* Responsible for aggregate delivery KPIs within industry tower, including revenue, margin, and delivery quality
* Serve as a leader to support/guide project teams within the industry portfolio to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Serve as an escalation point and manager to the individual project/engagement managers
* Master the Capgemini Salesforce delivery methodology. Support teams within the industry portfolio to apply our methods effectively
* Cultivate and publish input to practice assets, reusable content, and go-to-market materials

Sales:

* Partner with industry/sector market unit (MU) business development executives and DCX industry/sector sales leadership to drive go-to-market and sales of Salesforce projects
* Serve as the point of contact to the industry MU for new Salesforce opportunities and add-on sales at existing clients

Salesforce Alliance:

* Partner with the Capgemini Salesforce Alliance team
* Cultivate relationships with Salesforce industry product leaders and client leaders

Supervisory Responsibilities:

* Manage teams either directly or through matrixed teams. Plan, allocate and monitor work and make decisions regarding employment, performance appraisals, training, and related personnel actions.
* Establish objectives to ensure achievement of practice strategy

Key Qualifications:

* 15+ years of leadership experience in an enterprise consulting environment
* Demonstrated expertise in the Salesforce platform and ability to analyze and articulate business solutions delivered on the platform
* Demonstrated technology leadership, project delivery, and global team building skills. Ability to create/guide creation of consulting deliverables.
* Demonstrated ability to successfully present to and communicate with C-Suite. Ability to partner with senior business stakeholders to understand information needs and translate into solutions
* Demonstrated ability to drive incremental revenue from established accounts
* Ability to attract, develop and retain top talent (recognition, professional development, team-building)
* Demonstrates ability to embrace and share Capgemini's core values
