We are seeking a Full-Time Sr. Salesforce Analyst to join our lean and agile team. This role will work out of our Mesa, Arizona location at 8127 E. Ray Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212 . The primary purpose of this job is responsible for the management, utilization, and optimization of Salesforce Application and plays a critical role in ensuring its compatibility/interoperability with other business critical applications. The role will interface directly with users, managers, project managers, and senior leaders within Operations, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs and other departments. The Salesforce Analyst will serve as primary point of contact for the Salesforce Application on support issues and its integration with other enterprise tools. Key Responsibilities Working with leaders across the organization to understand business strategies, direction, and identify needs Ability to be hands on the Salesforce platform when needed and be able to function across the spectrum – from strategic and tactical Leading or participating in enterprise vendor, technology, and tool selection Develop working Salesforce technology solutions for reference and starting points for development teams Providing Salesforce subject matter expertise and assessments to business stakeholders Facilitating complex design and technical discussions, reconciling differing opinions and driving the decision making process Presenting architectural decisions and proposals to stakeholders to explain how business strategy alignment is satisfied Collaborating with third party solution architects, IS leadership, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with target and reference architectures, provide guidance, solicit feedback, and identify enterprise IS needs Monitoring key Salesforce technology trends and industry standards Act as a Salesforce technology guardian to promote sustainable solutions, best practice standards: design, coding, environment, data and discourage poor choices Perform other duties as required by management Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and Business Administration or a closely related field 7+ years demonstrated experience with the Salesforce platform including Self-Service Portal exposure with APEX and VisualForce development experience (triggers, controllers, scripting) 7+ Experience with Salesforce sales cloud, services cloud, Pardot, CRM, and Digital Engagement is required Knowledge of SFDC API with Java or PHP a plus Competent in logical database design Salesforce experience including Marketing Cloud Knowledge is required. Knowledge of physical database design (physical layout, indexing strategies) a plus, experience with SQL required Ability to quickly understand business process, and its relation to our CRM systems and experience working in a cross-functional role to minimize issues and unintended outcomes. Experience working with end users to identify pertinent business requirements Prefer experience with Customer Support, Supply Chain, Service Logistics (parts dispatch Programming) Knowledge of query plans and optimization strategies a plus Thorough understanding of Agile principles Strong project management experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing small to medium scale projects from inception and through implementation is required Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, involving internal personnel and consultants, to ensure project task accuracy and drive resolution of issues and constraints Good organizational and communication skills, including strong presentation skills, with the ability to interact with various levels in an organization Experience with software development methodologies Proven team-building skills in a collaborative environment with a customer service mindset Intermediate to advanced proficiency level utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Working Conditions Standard office / automotive production environment.
